I have not received my ICP

I have not received ICP from sale.

  1. Check you are logged into the correct wallet
  2. Check you have selected the correct account in your wallet
  3. Check if Toniq Labs have announced a known issue in discord server and/or on twitter


Note: If sold before Feb 3rd 2022 you will need to click the 'Check Payments' button found. by clicking the wallet icon in the top right corner of Entrepot. 


If not resolved or no information available submit a help request to Toniq Labs support. Include as much information as possible (e.g. wallet address, principal, mint #, collection, sale time) we will be sure to identify and resolve the issue.
