I cannot connect to Entrepot on mobile.
On iOS the following settings need to be enabled to connect Stoic Wallet to Entrepot:
- Settings -> Safari -> Privacy and Security -> Toggle off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and "Block All Cookies"
Note: Safari is the recommended browser for iOS mobile users. Chrome is the recommended browser for desktop and laptop users.
I cannot connect to Entrepot on desktop.
Currently only wallets created with Internet Identity or seed phrase can connect to Entrepot. Wallets created using a trusted 3rd party - Google, Github, Twitter, or Facebook will not be able to. If this is not the issue try the following:
- Close all other tabs and windows
- Clear your browser cache and restart
- Attempt a different browser
- Ensure the time on your device is correct
